Pool Maintenance and what's included
Weekly and Bi-Weekly Service
Maintaining a healthy pool is important! Let us provide weekly service to balance your chemicals, clean your skimmers and prolong the life of your pool.
pH, Alkalinity, Salinity and more
SRG tests the water chemistry and balances your pool water in a matter of minutes. The appropriate chemicals are added based on the results of the report. An emailed report can be provided for your records.
Vacuum and skim
The service tech will vacuum the bottom of the pool and skim any debris off of the surface of the water as needed during each visit. Skimmer baskets will be emptied upon each visit to improve water flow to the pump.
Filtration and Pump
SRG will monitor the filter and pump system for any leaks and will advise the customer of any repairs or parts required for replacement. The salt cell and automation system will be visually inspected to maintain a health system.
Monthly Service

Emailed Report
Post completion of the service call, the tech is able to email a report to the homeowner for accurate record keeping. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to maintain proper chemical levels in between SRG maintenance visits.
1 hour
Chemical balancing and pool cleaning should take up to 1 hour to complete. Please remove all pool toys from the pool! If the water is too high or low, a note will be added to the report to advise the homeowner to make the necessary adjustments.
Payment
A credit card will be kept on file with SRG for the client and will be billed on the 15th of each month. If the 15th happens to fall on a holiday or weekend, billing will be run on the next business day.
